Directions	Directions to the Hotel Driving Direction from North or South take I-95 to Exit #8. Take Hwy 278 East for 25 miles towards Hilton Head Island. After crossing the Island bridge, continue on Business 278 to Palmetto Dunes, which is located on the left hand side 8 miles from the Island bridge. Make a left hand turn at traffic light into Palmetto Dunes, and after one mile you will arrive at a guard gate. State that you are a guest of the Hilton Oceanfront Resort and obtain a pass and continue. The Resort is located on the left side.
